Through Subaru Nepal, Vijay Motors has been a strong advocate for voluntary blood donation. In collaboration with the Rotary Club of Kantipur, we have organized annual blood donation drives at Subaru’s showroom, helping strengthen the availability of blood for patients in need.
In 2008, we were honored with the Running Shield Award from the Blood Bank and the Red Cross for recording the highest number of donors from the corporate sector. To further improve access during emergencies, we launched the “Give Life – SMS for Blood” program in partnership with the Red Cross, allowing donors and patients to connect by sending “BLOOD” to 33001 for urgent blood requests.
We also maintain a database of donors and continue promoting blood donation awareness through blood-related content published in Medicos Next Magazine since 2020.
