Mrs. Annie Gardner Vaidya oversees Vijay Motors Pvt. Ltd. and BG Nepal Pvt. Ltd., leading the Group’s automotive operations, Subaru dealership, after sales services, and automotive lubricants and maintenance solutions.
Director – Wellness & Retreats
Vijay Vaidya leads Altitude Yoga Retreats and the Wellness business, focusing on yoga, hot Pilates, wellness retreats, and immersive experiences in Nepal, Bali, and Indonesia while driving the Group’s future wellness initiatives.
Director – Tea Division
Sophie Vaidya oversees Guranse Tea Estate and Mai Tea Company, supporting the continued growth of the Group’s tea businesses and premium Himalayan tea production and export.
